2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a teacher account. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Platform.

3. Teacher Verification

Teachers must undergo a verification process by submitting a valid CNIC and relevant educational documents. Taleem Centre reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke a teacher's verified status at our sole discretion based on the authenticity of the provided documents.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any local, provincial, or national laws of Pakistan.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including students or teachers.
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to bypass the Platform's messaging or connection system to solicit direct payments without using the Platform's intended features, if applicable.

5. Payments and Fees

Taleem Centre may charge fees for certain premium features or successful connections. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you use the service. Currently, basic profile creation and browsing are free of charge. You are solely responsible for agreeing upon and handling any tutoring payments directly with the other party.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Taleem Centre or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

Taleem Centre acts solely as a marketplace to connect teachers and students. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the tutoring services provided. You agree that Taleem Centre is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising out of your interactions with other users.
